Rhys N. Mbala

In addition to his role as a Director at Trinitas Consulting Engineers, Rhys N. Shadu Mbala (BEng Mech, MEng, PMP) leads the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Division, guiding the firm’s technical direction across multiple infrastructure and building projects. His work combines strategic oversight with hands-on engineering expertise, ensuring that all mechanical and electrical systems are designed to perform efficiently, sustainably, and reliably.

Rhys’s experience spans HVAC and water systems, electrical distribution, energy management, and system commissioning. He is dedicated to cultivating a strong technical culture within the team, one that emphasizes collaboration, quality assurance, and forward-thinking design. His leadership continues to shape Trinitas into a center of excellence for multidisciplinary engineering in Namibia.
