Rhys brings extensive engineering and project management experience to his leadership role. With qualifications in mechanical engineering and project management (PMP), he guides the technical operations of Trinitas, ensuring that the firm’s work aligns with national standards, stakeholder expectations, and international best practices.

He is particularly focused on risk managementaddressing social, environmental, financial, and reputational concerns early in project planning. Rhys is passionate about maintaining a culture of accountability and transparency while enabling the engineering team to deliver impactful, long-lasting solutions across Namibia and beyond.
